Conditions:
The cost is daily and it includes the rent, breakfast, bed and bath linen. The latter will be changed daily while bed- linen will be changed three times a week.

Booking in considered valid when the 30% deposit will be paid money-order and its copy sent via fax shortly after the booking day. Before payment wait for a confirmed availability. The written cancellation sent15 days before the established date of the arrival states penalty of 10% of the deposit.
From the 14 th day included, the total deposit will be lost.

The settlement will be paid at the arrival.
